The Australian Bitcoin Industry Body (ABIB) was established on August 27, 2021, with the mission to advocate for and advance the interests of Australia’s Bitcoin-only sector. As a representative voice for the industry, ABIB fosters collaboration between stakeholders, including government, regulators, and the media, to shape a coherent regulatory framework for Bitcoin. Since its inception, ABIB has remained committed to promoting education, leadership, and innovation within the Bitcoin space, ensuring that Australia’s Bitcoin industry can thrive in a dynamic and evolving financial landscape.
