1. I am a Crypto investor myself, I happen to have several different coins including a tiny bit of Bitcoin.

2. Yes I would accept Bitcoin donations

3. I would say that regulating something like Crypto or Bitcoin itself could be filled with many issues and red tape so I would not be in favour of that idea.
